President Julia Serynek, PE, CFM and Vice President James Townsend, PE have a combined 40 years of experience delivering a diverse range of public and private sector infrastructure projects that encompass roadway, drainage, utility and civil site design, safety improvements, stormwater modeling and floodplain management, and planning studies.
